Friend Update Added to 'BarackBook'
WASHINGTON, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Republican National Committee (RNC) today added a new friend update to its social networking Web site, www.BarackBook.com.

The most recent friend update includes Barack Obama's notable association with Dan Shomon, an Illinois lobbyist and former Obama staffer who at one time served simultaneously as a consultant for corporations with interests before the state and as a part-time political consultant for Obama. Shomon also served as Obama's campaign manager for his 2004 U.S. Senate race.
