Conference Format:
Presentations are divided so that half the companies present on Monday and the other half present on Tuesday.

Each company has one 6-minute General Session presentation. General Sessions take place in two ballrooms concurrently (Cypress and Monterey Bay Ballrooms), half present in one ballroom and the other half present in the other. The ballrooms are divided by industry segment.

Following the General Sessions, each company moves to their own private meeting room where they hold six 30-minute Breakout Meetings. Each company presenting during Monday's General Session hosts 6 breakout meetings on Monday afternoon. Each company presenting during Tuesday's General Session hosts 6 breakout meetings on Tuesday afternoon.
