AeA's 2nd Global Trade Compliance: Best Practices Conference was Held at NetApp,
a Sponsor of this Key Industry Event.

On Thursday, September 18, 2008,  the AeA Silicon Valley/Northern CA Council hosted our 2nd Annual AeA Global Trade Compliance: Best Practices Conference, sponsored by Export Strategies, IHS, and NetApp. This full-day event featuring customs, export, and India compliance panels drew over 95 compliance professionals from high-tech companies up and down the West Coast

Featured speakers represented Alston & Bird, Applied Materials, The Boeing Company, Cadence Design Systems, Cisco, Export Strategies, KPMG, Intel, Plantronics, Sandler, Travis, & Rosenberg, and Thomsen and Burke.  These companies offered the attendees their experiences and resulting practical "best practices" in a format enabling the attendees to easily implement into their own company process and policy.
