TechAmerica (formerly AeA) Board of Directors Education Series was developed to aid company
effectiveness by providing high quality director education through expert
panelists, presenters and peer-to-peer director networking. This local
series is geared towards helping corporate directors navigate the
challenges of leadership. Billed as "Good Governance Matters"
this local series is geared towards helping corporate directors navigate
the challenges of leadership. TechAmerica believes that good governance makes
better companies.
Each breakfast event will give seasoned professionals the opportunity to
earn RiskMetrics Group ISS credits.
