Information / Agenda

Recent natural disasters and our nation's constant effort at improving homeland security have highlighted the dire need for every level of government to establish a sound communication plan for its emergency services professionals. What are the most updated emergency plans for Chicago, the State of Illinois, and the Department of Homeland Security? How does an agency make decisions in prioritizing purchases and investments in technology? What technology is lacking to help government communicate more efficiently?
