Ms. Cindy Thorson Klimstra
Vice President, Investor Relations

CDW Corporation

Cindy Thorson Klimstra is vice president of investor relations at CDW Corporation (NASDAQ: CDWC). CDW is a direct marketer of IT products and services to small and medium sized businesses and to the public sector. A FORTUNE 500 company, CDW generated revenue of $6.3 billion in 2005. Klimstra is responsible for developing and managing CDW’s investor relations program, and for communicating the company’s strategy and performance to the investment community.

Klimstra’s investor relations career spans 13 years. Prior to joining CDW in 2003, she was assistant vice president of investor relations at Cobalt Corporation. Before joining Cobalt, Klimstra was senior vice president of Ashton Partners, a strategic investor relations advisory firm, where she spearheaded business development and marketing. Previously, Klimstra was vice president of investor relations at First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. Before that, she developed and administered the investor relations program for Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company. Earlier in her career, she managed marketing and consulting projects for Sears and The NutraSweet Company, and specialized in member services at the Institute of Real Estate Management of the National Association of Realtors.

Ms. Klimstra received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Wyoming. She serves on the board of the Chicago Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI-Chicago). She created and established NIRI-Chicago’s "CFO of the Year Award," a joint program between the chapter and Kellogg Graduate School of Management. NIRI-Chicago was awarded NIRI’s Best Overall Large Chapter while she was president from 2003-2004.
