Steve Griesemer is an Associate in the Corporate & Securities Group at Baker & McKenzie LLP. Mr. Griesemer advises clients in a broad range of industries in connection with domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, including public company mergers, joint ventures and strategic alliance arrangements, public and private securities offerings, corporate governance, and other corporate transactional matters.

Griesemer began his corporate practice in 1998 and joined Baker & McKenzie LLP in 2001. From 2004 until 2006, Griesemer served as General Counsel of Springfield Underground, Inc., a mining and real estate development firm. Also during that time, Griesemer served as General Counsel of Willow Brook Foods, Inc., a fully integrated food processor and distributor. Griesemer handled a variety of corporate matters for these corporations, including union labor negotiations, bank refinancings, real estate zoning hearings and litigation.

Griesemer holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in political science with distinction from Yale University, and a juris doctorate from Notre Dame Law School.
