Tim is a Managing Director at The NASDAQ Stock Market in Chicago. In his role at NASDAQ, Tim develops and fosters relationships with private companies who are considering raising capital through an initial public offering (IPO). Tim also works with a broad range of constituent groups, including law firms, private equity, and venture capital firms detailing the merits of a NASDAQ listing.

Prior to joining NASDAQ, Tim was employed by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and was responsible for project management, relationship management, and business development for large scale investment products. He holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from Aquinas College as well as an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago and a Master of Science degree from Northwestern University.
