Amy is the Financial Reporting Manager for Cabot Microelectronics Corporation (CMC), a specialty chemical manufacturing company for the semiconductor and data storage industries. In this role she manages the company’s external financial and SEC reporting and oversees the company’s accounting research team. She also provides leadership on special projects, including the implementation of SFAS 123R, Share-Based Payment.

Prior to joining CMC in 2001, Amy worked for Sikich Gardner, a public accounting firm, where she earned her CPA. She received a B.S. in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and an M.B.A. from DePaul University.
