Deepak Chopra
Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
OSI Systems, Inc.

Deepak Chopra is the founder of OSI Systems, Inc. and has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director since the Company's inception in May 1987. He has served as the Company's Chairman of the Board since February 1992. Mr. Chopra also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company's major subsidiaries. From 1976 to 1979 and from 1980 to 1987, Mr. Chopra held various positions with ILC Technology, Inc. ("ILC"), a publicly-held manufacturer of lighting products, including serving as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer of its United Detector Technology division. In 1990, the Company acquired certain assets of ILC's United Detector Technology division. Mr. Chopra has held various positions with Intel Corporation, TRW Semiconductors and RCA Semiconductors.

Mr. Chopra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and a Master of Science degree in Semiconductor Electronics.

Eric Benhamou
CEO of Global Ventures
Chairman of the Board for 3Com and Palm, Inc.

Eric Benhamou is chairman and CEO of Benhamou Global Ventures, LLC. Benhamou Global Ventures, started in 2003, invests and plays an active role in innovative high tech firms throughout the world. Mr. Benhamou is the chairman of the board of directors of 3Com Corporation and Palm, Inc. He served as chief executive officer of Palm, Inc. from October 2001 until October 2003 and as the chief executive officer of 3Com Corporation from September 1990 until December 31, 2000. Early in his career he worked for Zilog, Inc before he co-founded Bridge Communications in 1981.

Presently he is also chairman of the board of Cypress Semiconductor and serves on the board of directors of RealNetworks, Silicon Valley Bancshares, Atrica, WisdomArk, Finjan and GO Networks. He also serves on the Venture Capital Advisory Board of 3i and on the board of the New America Foundation, a Washington DC-based think tank.

In 2003, Mr. Benhamou was appointed to the Joint High Level Advisory Panel of the U.S.- Israel Science and Technology Commission by U.S. Commerce Secretary Donald Evans. In 1997, former President Bill Clinton appointed Mr. Benhamou to the President's Information Technology Advisory Committee which advises the President on research and development focal points of federal programs to maintain United States leadership in advanced computing and communications technologies and their applications.

Mr. Benhamou, 51, holds honorary doctoral degrees from Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Widener University, Western Governors University and the University of South Carolina. He has a Master of Science degree from Stanford University's School of Engineering and a Diplôme d'Ingénieur from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, Paris.
