The AeA Venture Forum acted as a vehicle for 18 promising companies from
the East Coast and Southeast area to access key investment professionals
in one location. Over 160 attendees gathered to take advantage of
the workshops and networking opportunity.

The program began on March 21st with the
Technology Industry Golf
Event held at the beautiful Oconee Course at Reynolds Plantation. The
Venture Forum opend with a welcome reception that evening. On
March 22nd, attendees met face-to-face with executives representing companies
seeking capital and the key investment professionals during the informative workshops and presentations from
the companies seeking capital. |

The 18 presenting companies have been chosen.
Registration for presenting companies is now closed.
Investors:
Pre-registration is now closed.
Investor Fee
Cancellations
received by February 17, 2006 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds
will be given after this date. A firm may choose to substitute a
registration with another qualified person. Cancellations and
substitutions require written notification to AeA. Email

Initial fee includes
admittance to the Venture Forum portion of the conference, onsite
materials, scheduled meals and receptions. Note: Golf registrations
are an additional fee.

Choice. Fee includes golf cart, range balls, box lunch and
