Workshop Photo The AeA Venture Forum acted as a vehicle for 18 promising companies from the East Coast and Southeast area to access key investment professionals in one location.  Over 160 attendees gathered to take advantage of the workshops and networking opportunity.

The program began on March 21st with the Technology Industry Golf Event held at the beautiful Oconee Course at Reynolds Plantation.  The Venture Forum opend with a welcome reception that evening.  On March 22nd, attendees met face-to-face with executives representing companies seeking capital and the key investment professionals during the informative workshops and presentations from the companies seeking capital.

AeA Venture Forum - March 22

Presenting Companies:
The 18 presenting companies have been chosen.

Registration for presenting companies is now closed.

Investors:
Pre-registration is now closed.

Investor Fee

  • $349 per person

Cancellations received by February 17, 2006 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after this date. A firm may choose to substitute a registration with another qualified person. Cancellations and substitutions require written notification to AeA. Email melissa_lavigna@aeanet.org or fax to 408.727.7057.

Non-Presenting Company Fees
Initial fee includes admittance to the Venture Forum portion of the conference, onsite materials, scheduled meals and receptions. Note: Golf registrations are an additional fee.

  • AeA Member Company - $395 per person
  • Non-Member Company - $495 per person

AeA Golf Event - March 21

Golf Event:
Registration is now closed.

Golf event will be formatted as a four person scramble/Captain's Choice.  Fee includes golf cart, range balls, box lunch and networking award reception that evening.

  • AeA Member Company - $190 per person
  • Non-Member Company - $215 per person
  • Investors - $190 per person

Special Note: Additional golf tee times are available on Thursday, March 23rd for attendees of the AeA Venture Forum. The negotiated AeA rate of $190 per golfer will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is available at the three Reynolds Plantation Courses: Oconee, Great Waters and National.  To make reservations for your tee time on Thursday, March 23rd please email dsimmons@reynoldsplantation.com or kauleen@reynoldsplantation.com your name, contact information, including address, phone and email, and desired tee time. Please reference "AeA Venture Forum Attendee - March 23rd Golf Rate" in the subject line of your email to receive the negotiated AeA rate of $190 per golfer.
