What:  AeA Technology Development Conference 
           Interoperability: Solutions and Best Practices

A half day conference for Local and State Government Procurement / Acquisition officials to learn best practices / technical solutions surrounding interoperability issues, specifically those dealing with communications, information/file sharing and security issues

Each sponsor will host a Solutions & Best Practices panel.  The sponsor will present a best practice/case study solution that they have already successfully installed in a government facility. Each sponsor is required to have at least one panelist from the government client facility to discuss the solution provided The panel should allow no more than 30 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for questions and answers.  Each sponsor will have an 8’ x 8’ booth space (no booth provided) for the Industry Showcase.  Additionally, each sponsor can provide up to a four page document in pdf format to be included on a CD that will be given to each attendee.
