Common Ground: Dynamics of Multiple Generations in the Workplace

With an expanded and changing concept of diversity that includes multiple generations and a vast range of background experiences, organizations are more likely to manage, coach and lead people who are different from themselves. Each generation brings its own perceptions, historical influences and values to the workplace. Just as we’ve come to work with diversity in other respects, our goal is to understand the dynamics of generations impacting the workplace and the ability to use those dynamics to find common ground to successfully communicate, motivate, coach, manage and sustain a productive organization.
