Admissions & Tuition
The AeA/Santa Clara University Management Development Program is held at the
universitys campus in Santa Clara, California. Providing a unique blend of human
values and technology, Santa Claras graduate schools of Business and Engineering
attract professionals from technology-based companies throughout the San Francisco Bay
Area.
Accommodations
Out-of-town participants are encouraged to stay at a hotel within walking distance of the
campus. Hotel information will be sent to you with your confirmation letter. Hotel costs
are not included in the tuition fee. For those in the Bay Area, the Santa Clara University
campus is within easy commuting distance.
A Sample Day
The program starts on Monday,
June 9 with registration beginning at 7:30 a.m. and the first session at
8:30 a.m. It will end on Thursday, June 12, 2008.
You will receive a detailed schedule prior to the program.

Application Procedure
To
qualify for early bird pricing, your application and payment must be
received by April 2, 2008. Once you have
submitted your online application, a confirmation will be sent and you
will receive notice of your acceptance within 14 business days.
*AeA member company applicants will be
given priority. However, for nonmember applicants, the nonmember
supplement may be applied towards AeA membership if your company joins AeA
by the end of the program.

You will be asked for the following information:
Biographical
Information
- Company information including job
responsibility, direct/indirect reports, and manager.
- A one-page statement (limit 300 words)
in the first person that highlights your career, current position,
company, and interests, both personal and professional. This
information will be duplicated and distributed to participants in a
class book along with your photograph.
- A digital photograph of yourself
(.jpg/.gif/.tif) with a plain background. This picture will be
reproduced in a class book and distributed to participants.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received
prior to May 4th will be given a 50% refund.
- After May 4th, no refunds will be made
- Substitutions will be accepted until
June 2, 2008
