AeA's newly upgraded and
remodeled David Packard Conference Center (DPCC), located within walking
distance of the U.S. Capitol, is available at a minimal cost to members on
a first-come, first-served basis. The DPCC stands as a memorial to
David Packard, who co-founded Hewlett Packard and founded AeA. The
center includes state-of-the-art audio and video conferencing equipment
and is the perfect location for AeA members to host high-tech events;
presentations; meetings; product launches and demonstrations; employee
trainings and seminars; meetings with federal clients; board meetings; and
company lunches. The DPCC can accommodate up to 80 guests.

Center Specifications
1800 square feet that can accommodate up to 80 guests in a variety of
configurations.
C ost
Conference rooms in such a prime location can cost you several thousand
dollars per day, but AeA offers the use of the DPCC to member companies for
$125 per half day or $250 per day.
Catering
AeA provides a kitchen area for caterers to stage their
services. The party using the David Packard Conference Center may
use any catering service they desire.
Audio and Video Equipment
Incorporate state-of-the-art audio-visual, teleconference and
videoconference equipment to enhance your meetings. Transmission
fees, audio and video tapes are available at cost, while the following
conference equipment and services are provided complimentary:

The AeA David Packard Conference Center is located at 601 Pennsylvania
Avenue, N.W., North Building, Suite 600, Washington DC 20004. It is
just minutes from the U.S. Capitol and numerous federal agencies.
Parking and metro are easily accessible. The DPCC is open from 8:30
a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, except for holidays.
