The undersigned elects to participate in The AeA Freight Program to take advantage of certain shipping discounts under the transportation agreements PartnerShip LLC has with FedEx (for the services of FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Home Delivery^®), YRC, and Overnite Transportation. This form authorizes the release of credit information from credit bureaus/references provided and certifies that all information provided is correct. Customer agrees to pay all charges for services within credit approval. This enrollment form shall operate to cancel any and all prior agreements and pricing arrangements customer might otherwise have had with FedEx, YRC, and Overnite Transportation. Members acknowledge that they have read and agree to be bound by the FedEx terms and conditions below.
