Only Individuals may be nominated.

Nominees must be employeed by a Technology Company.

Criteria for Selection

Please provide a description of this individual's achievements and then, based on the following questions, provide a detailed explanation of why you believe this individual should receive this award.

How has this nominee demonstrated leadership in the technology industry?

How does this nominee's recent achievements support future growth/success of his/her company and the technology industry in general?

How has this nominee demonstrated that he/she serves as a "model" for others to follow?
