May 19-21,2008 -- AeA CIRCA' 08 Conference
Are you interested in the latest developments in nanotechnology? AeA's Second Annual CIRCA Conference (Convergence of International Research & Commercialization in Albany) features an assembly of speakers from industry, academia and government discussing how best to commercialize and develop innovations in nanotechnology. The College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering (CNSE) of the University at Albany and AeA, the nation’s largest and most diverse high-tech trade association, join together again this year from May 21-23, 2007 at the Gideon Putnam Hotel in Saratoga Springs, New York and at CNSE’s state-of-the-art, $3 billion Albany NanoTech Complex. The focus of the event -- the convergence of international research and commercialization. Last year's inaugural two-day conference was a tremendous success with nearly 175 attendees and 30 speakers.

May 27-30, 2008 -- AeA Supported Event: SBIR/STTR National Spring Conference, Orlando, Florida
AeA members will receive a $300 discount to the program during the early-bird registration period which ends on April 18.
In partnership with NASA, the Florida SBDC Network and the Florida Small Business Development Foundation, Inc. will co-host the 2008 SBIR/STTR National Spring Conference to celebrate the Silver Anniversary of the SBIR Program and 50 Years of NASA Space Exploration.  Contact AeA's Jennifer S. June 1-5, 2008 -- AeA Supported Event: CTSI Clean Technology and Sustainable Industries Conference and Trade Show, Hynes Convention Center, Boston, MA
AeA is pleased to be a supporting organization for Clean Technology 2008, a multi-sector conference on global sustainability addressing advancements in traditional technologies, emerging technologies and clean business practices. The mission of Clean Technology 2008 is to bring together the entire Clean Technology ecosystem with the goal of accelerating the flow of technologies from the research phase to the viable market phase. This ecosystem enables a growing set of knowledge-based technologies, products or services designed to improve operational performance, productivity or efficiency while reducing costs, inputs, energy consumption, waste or pollution. June 3, 2008 -- AeA Technology for Government Dinner, Washington, DC

June 9-11, 2008 -- AeA National Executive Retreat, Barton Creek Resort, Austin, Texas
At AeA's inaugural National Executive Retreat, top leaders from some of America's most successful technology companies and organizations will share best practices for Creating Value, Growth and Profitability.  The event features world-class, highly relevant and insightful speakers and an excellent opportunity to network with senior technology industry executives from across the nation, all while enjoying the beauty of Barton Creek Resort in Austin, Texas, nicknamed "The Golf Capital of Texas."

November 2-5, 2008 -- AeA Financial Classic returns this year to San Diego.
Now in its 38th year, the Classic builds on its strong reputation of giving public technology companies a superb venue and format in which to showcase their companies to key technology investors, pick up new investors and build shareholder value. The conference is divided into two sessions, with each presenting company assigned a private meeting room where they conduct multiple 45-minute meetings with investors. Session 1 runs from November 2-4 for companies with a market cap or revenues of $300 million to $4 billion and includes 11 presentations. Session 2 runs from November 4-5 for companies with a market cap or revenues between $100 and $300 million and includes 9 presentations. Featuring 200 presenting companies, over 600 investors and ample time for networking, this is a must attend event for public high tech companies seeking investors and visibility.
