AeA David Packard Conference Center: Washington, D.C.:

AeA's newly upgraded and remodeled David Packard Conference Center (DPCC), located within walking distance of the U.S. Capitol, is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The DPCC stands as a memorial to David Packard, who co-founded Hewlett Packard and founded AeA. The center includes state-of-the-art audio and video conferencing equipment and is the perfect location for AeA members to host high-tech events; presentations; meetings; product launches and demonstrations; employee trainings and seminars; meetings with federal clients; board meetings; and company lunches. The DPCC can accommodate up to 80 guests in a variety of possible configurations. View the video presentation here.

AeA Concourse Conference Center: Silicon Valley, Santa Clara, CA:

Located at the Tech Mart in Santa Clara just minutes from San Jose International Airport, the AeA Concourse Conference Center offers AeA members with seating from 25 to 100, full use of audio/visual equipment and convenient parking. Use of the AeA conference facilities is complimentary and is exclusive to AeA member companies.
