AeA David Packard Conference Center : Washington , D.C. :

AeA's newly upgraded and remodeled David Packard Conference Center (DPCC), located within walking distance of the U.S. Capitol, is available on a first-come, first-served basis.  The DPCC stands as a memorial to David Packard, who co-founded Hewlett Packard and founded AeA.  The center includes state-of-the-art audio and video conferencing equipment and is the perfect location for AeA members to host high-tech events; presentations; meetings; product launches and demonstrations; employee trainings and seminars; meetings with federal clients; board meetings; and company lunches.  The DPCC can accommodate up to 80 guests in a variety of possible configurations. AeA Concourse Conference Center : Silicon Valley , Santa Clara , CA :

Located at the Tech Mart in Santa Clara just minutes from San Jose International Airport , the AeA Concourse Conference Center offers AeA members with seating from 25 to 100, full use of audio/visual equipment and convenient parking. Use of the AeA conference facilities is complimentary and is exclusive to AeA member companies.
