Revocation. AeA reserves the right to revoke, deny, or disapprove any existing or applying member or discount from participation in the program for any reason, at any time, and at the sole discretion of AeA.

Disclaimer of Endorsement or Warranty. Inclusion in the AeA Member to Member Discount Program does not constitute a direct or implied endorsement of a product or service by AeA. AeA makes no guarantees, warranties, recommendations or endorsements of any of the products, services, or information offered by our member companies. AeA assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the reliability or accuracy of any offer in this program. Members agree to hold harmless and indemnify AeA, its officers, agents and employees, from and against any and all actions, suits, damages, liability or other proceedings which may arise as the result of any product or service contracted hereunder as a result of this program.

Dispute Resolution. Purchases and sales made as a result of the program are solely between members, as a sale of the product or service. AeA has no responsibility or obligation with respect to purchases or sales (including no responsibility or obligation for disputes between members). In exchange for AeA making information about discounts available to members, members who make sales or purchases through the program acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances shall AeA be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from, or arise out of the purchase, sale or use of any products or services purchased or sold.
