Who Should Attend

The AeA/Santa Clara University Management Development Program is designed for new and mid-level technology company leaders from all functional areas including: Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and Manufacturing.

Most participants have a minimum of two years of management experience with a high technology company, and are now facing challenges that require new skills. The most important requirement is the strong desire to improve management and leadership skills.

Many AeA member companies send managers every year because they see results — stronger leaders and groups that function more smoothly and productively. Through continued participation, companies build management teams whose shared leadership concepts put them a step ahead of their competitors.
