Event Description

Technology companies need to reward sales personnel for sales excellence. In technology companies, this is easier said than done. Technology sales leaders face unique sales management and incentive compensation challenges. These include defining the appropriate sales coverage model for different types of customers, specifying the roles for sellers, account managers, and technical support, and aligning sales incentives for each unique job. This three-hour seminar, presented by AeA and The Alexander Group, will help you to design your sales compensation plans with an eye toward increased revenues while managing incentive expense.

Speaker

Michael Miller is the Northeast Region Manager with The Alexander Group and a frequent presenter at national and international conferences (including The Conference Board, compensation and benefits associations and other industry groups). The company provides Fortune 1000 firms with advanced sales growth solutions to acquire, retain and grow their businesses. Mike helps clients quantify market demand by customer segment, evaluate revenue opportunities under various competitive scenarios, retain market share among key accounts, optimize channels, and launch products and services. He supports clients in such activities as sales compensation, program development and people management efforts.
