Dallas, TX (April 29, 2008) – Four companies
from Texas will present to investors at the 10th Annual AeA Micro Cap Financial
Conference. Up to 100 companies representing 25 states will present at the
conference. This year for the first time, the conference will feature a track on
alternative energy/green tech companies, including a panel discussion hosted by
Needham & Company, LLC. AeA, the nation’s largest high-tech trade association,
will host the conference from May 4-6 at the Monterey Plaza Hotel in Monterey,
California.
“The unique, neutral format at AeA’s Micro Cap Financial Conference allows
high-tech executives to connect with investors and pair off for intimate
discussions about various technologies, strategic missions, trend analyses, and
investment potential,” said Clare Freeman, Executive Director, AeA Texas
Council. “The presentation format is ideally suited for the frank, one-on-one
discussions that must take place to establish these important relationships.”
"Everything about this event makes it one of our best IR investments each and
every year", said John Farr, President and CEO of Pervasive Software. "The depth
and pre-qualified nature of the potential investors who attend, the opportunity
to exchange ideas with noncompetitive but similarly situated peers, and of
course the beautiful location, all contribute to a successful IR experience for
Pervasive. We have participated each and every year since becoming a public
company."
Companies representing every sector and region of the high-technology industry
will present their business plans at the AeA Micro Cap Conference this year.
Sectors include software, computer hardware, semiconductor, telecommunications,
wireless, defense technology, security, and medical devices.
Companies participating from Texas include: Entorian Technologies, Inc.; INX,
Inc.; Pervasive Software Inc.; and RF Monolithics, Inc.
