All plans offered include the
following benefits:

Social Security Advocacy Program For an employee receiving
monthly payments from Unum, advice regarding a social security claim and
appeal can be provided. An employee can receive assistance in finding the
appropriate legal representation, obtaining medical and vocational
evidence.

Integrated Claims Management Services Using the Unum
Disability Risk Continuum© the employer's cost for
insurance is controlled while the employees claim is managed from the
onset. Vocational Experts, Benefits Specialists and Physicians all
review the claim to ensure that proper information is provided to
adjudicate the claim and also to direct the claim upon receipt to the
proper unit if special expertise is needed.

Rehabilitation and Vocational Specialists Rehabilitation
coordinators work with the employer employee health care provider
and rehabilitation specialists. Job placement services, aids
with resume preparation and retaining services are available for
the disabled employee. Unum has one of the lowest ratio of
open claims to disability specialist in the industry, so disabled
employees get additional attention. |

Work Site Modification
A Unum professional is available to work with the employee to identify
possible adaptations to the worksite that may help the employee remain at
or return to work. You can receive additional money for modification
to the worksite.

A Dedicated Network of
Benefits Consultants We work with regionally based Marsh
Advantage America benefits consultants trained to represent the
TechAmerica
program.
