The AeA Value-Added Services
Included in the AeA International Healthcare program at no additional
cost:
- Healthline, a telephonic
access for help and information on benefits, coverage and provisions, and answers to
questions about claim status and benefit payment.
-
International Employee Assistance Program,
offered through Magellan Behavioral Health, this benefit is included
as part of the AeA International Healthcare Program at no additional cost. The International EAP addresses
the problems that interfere with the ability of the employees on international assignment
to function professionally or personally in their new environment.
- National Medical Excellence Program,
offered to plan sponsors at no additional charge for access to physicians and
hospitals who have demonstrated continuing achievement in complex care. When using a
National Medical Excellence facility, AGB will cover and coordinate all arrangements for
travel and lodging for the patient and one companion.
- National Oversight, AeA working
with the benefits consulting specialists of Marsh Advantage America, a service of Seabury
& Smith, our National Managing Broker, will closely monitor the claims management and
customer service being provided by AGB to ensure consistent top quality. They will also
regularly assess the plan to see if it continues to meet and serve the health care needs
of AeA member companies with overseas operations.
