Delaware State Issues - 2007-2008

We are monitoring legislation pending in the 2007-2008 Session of the Delaware State Legislature.

  • Online Predator Act (HB 152)

House Bill 152 "Act establishing the Delaware Online Predator Act of 2007 with requirements for internet service providers, and an effective date of 180 days after enactment."
Status: Introduced and Assigned to Judiciary Committee in House, May 02, 2007.

Senate Bill 53 "An act relating to the jurisdiction of the public service commission over voice over internet protocol communications service."
Status: Signed by the Governor, May 23, 2007.

Senate Bill 165 "This Bill makes illegal certain disclosures of tax return information unless authorized by the taxpayer."
Status: Passed by Senate, July 1, 2007.
