Mr.
Maltbie is a Managing Director & Founder of Singular Research. He also
has a controlling interest in Millennium Asset Management. Mr. Maltbie
began his career as an investment adviser with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter
in 1988 and later joined Spear Financial in 1992 where he created and
managed its equity research department. In 1994 Mr. Maltbie joined Salomon
Smith Barney in Beverly Hills, California where he managed growth
portfolios for private and institutional clients . He later founded
Millennium Asset Management in 1999 and started its flagship fund Argonaut
2000 Partners, L.P. for accredited investors and institutions.
He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and
is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research.
Mr.
Maltbie writes a column that focuses on Small & Micro Caps for Forbes.
He is a regular contributor to Investor Business Daily, Bloomberg TV and
FOX.

Mr. Kundtz
is a senior research analyst covering clean tech and industrial growth
companies. Mr. Kundtz was formerly the Head of Equity Research at Needham
& Company. He joined Needham & Company in May 1999 as a senior
analyst covering electrical components and diversified technology
companies. Previously, he was Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers
from September 1993, focusing on electronic components and imaging
companies within the technology sector. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers,
Mr. Kundtz was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns, where he focused on
selected technology and growth stocks, including a number of Israeli-based
technology companies. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Kundtz was an
analyst at Standard & Poor's and manager of a group covering
technology companies. Mr. Kundtz received his BS in Business
Administration from Georgetown University and his MBA at New York
University.
Panelists:
Mr. Ciachurski founded Western Wind Energy
in 1998 and has been responsible for developing the company’s corporate
strategy. He has negotiated more than 200 MW in Power Purchase Agreements,
as well as key land acquisition and turbine supply agreements.
Additionally, Mr. Ciachurski has played a key role in obtaining funding to
meet Western Wind’s capital requirements by raising over US$50 million
to acquire real estate and develop the company’s projects. Mr.
Ciachurski has over 20 years of experience with public companies in
executive management, corporate administration and venture capital
financing.

Mr.
Lawson our Vice President Marketing and Business Development, Alternative
Energy, joined us in December 2007. Mr. Lawson is responsible for the
growth of our alternative energy business with a focus on the solar energy
market. Mr. Lawson previously held positions in general management,
marketing, business development and engineering at PRI Automation, Digital
Equipment Corporation, and Intel. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering
from the University of Lowell, an M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from
Boston University, and an M.B.A. from Boston University.
Mr.
Richards joined EMCORE Corporation in October 1995 as its President and
Chief Operating Officer and became Chief Executive Officer in December 1996.
On March 31, 2008, Mr. Richards was promoted to Executive Chairman of
the Company.
Mr. Richards has been a director of the Company since May 1995.
From December 1993 to December 1995 he has been a member and
President of Jesup & Lamont Merchant Partners.
From 1991 – 1993, Mr. Richards was a principal with Hauser,
Richards & Co., a firm engaged in corporate restructuring and management
turnarounds.
From 1986 – 1991, Mr. Richards was a Director at Prudential-Bache
Capital Funding in its Investment Banking Division.
Mr. Richards serves on the Boards of the University of New Mexico
School of Engineering, Sandia National Laboratories External Review Panel
and Board of GELcore, EMCORE’s joint venture with General Electric.
