Companies were divided so that half presented on Monday, May 4th and the other half presented on Tuesday, May 5th. General Session Presentations: Morning: During the General Sessions on both days, each company gave a 6-minute presentation to the audience of investors. Breakout Meetings: Afternoon: Each presenting company had their own private meeting room where they held five 30-minute meetings with analysts.
