Conference Format:
Presentations were divided so that half the companies presented on Monday and the other half presented on Tuesday. The conference format itself was the same for both Monday and Tuesday, only the presenting companies changed. The Alternative Energy/Clean Tech Special Track presented on Tuesday only.

View 2008 Presenting Company List Companies are listed alphabetically by day they presented. Companies that presented on Monday are listed first, then companies that presented on Tuesday and finally the companies that presented in the Alternative Energy/Clean Tech Special Track.

2008 General Session Presentations:
Morning: During the General Sessions each company gave a 6-minute presentation to the audience of investors. There were two General Sessions running simultaneously in two different ballrooms (Cypress and Monterey Bay). Half of the companies presented in one ballroom while the other half presented in the other.  Which Ballroom a company presented in was decided by their industry segment.

The Alternative Energy/Clean Tech companies were the exception to the schedule. They only presented on Tuesday and after all the other companies had given their General Session presentations. Their six 30-minute breakout meetings were held the same time as the other companies that presented on Tuesday.

2008 Private Breakout Meetings:
Afternoon: Following lunch both days, each presenting company moved to their own private meeting room where they held six 30-minute meetings with analysts.
