Coaching for High Performance is a program designed to enhance coaching skills for managers who are interested in positively impacting bottomline results while challenging and motivating team members to reach their highest potential. The better you are able to coach your team the better they're able to perform against the objectives and goals of the company, which has a directly positive impact on the bottomline. This unique program is structured for both the new manager who is interested in learning the fundamentals of effective coaching and for the the more experienced manager looking to further refine his or her coaching skills. Format is interactive, fast-paced, and participative.
