Crawford International
Ric brings over 16 years of international consulting experience to his role
specializing in strategic
business change, leadership development and building organizational
capabilities. He joined
Crawford in 2001. As Crawford’s Vice President of Change Solutions, Ric
manages the development and delivery of strategic change and leadership
solutions for clients as well as the development the firm’s consulting
capabilities.
Ric has provided integrated change and leadership consulting services to a
diverse and unique group of global, corporate clients including: Cisco
Systems, Wells Fargo, McKesson, Visa International, HP, GAP, The Boeing
Company, Intel Corporation, Biogen IDEC, Johnson Controls Inc., Mercer
Delta, Sharp Microelectronics, Teltone Corporation and The Robbins Company.
Additionally, he served as an advisor to organizational change projects at
Kaiser Permanente, AT&T, and Macy’s.
Ric also serves part-time as a graduate faculty member teaching
organizational development and
planned change at the University of San Francisco in the Masters program in
Human Resource and Organizational Development.
