Emerging growth companies typically undergo significant changes and exist in fast-paced environments, where they are focused on rapidly developing markets and are trying to compete with limited
resources. To supplement the knowledge and experience of the executive team, companies look to advisors and directors for guidance and governance.
However, many emerging growth companies have little experience with boards.
This presentation will provide insights from a panel of experienced board members on topics such as:
- Forming your Board
- Managing your Board
- Compensating your Board
- Replacing your Board Members
- Using your Board Effectively
- Holding your Board Accountable
Executives and entrepreneurs - learn how boards of directors and advisors can help your company.
If your company already has directors and advisors, learn if they can improve in their performance.
Board members – learn if there are performance improvements that will help those companies for which you direct or advise.
