About the Seminar:
This fast paced and participative workshop is designed for managers looking to maximize their leadership effectiveness and deliver organizational results.  The workshop gives participants new and proven tools they can use immediately.

  • Recognize and take advantage of your own leadership strengths
  • Discover your leadership derailers, and learn how to manage deficiencies successfully
  • Inspire and drive change deep into your organization
  • Navigate your team through strategic business adjustments and shifts
  • Guide your team to respond quickly to change and perform at a higher level
  • Recognize when and know how to design your organization differently

Prior to attending the workshop, each registrant will be asked to take a portion of the Hogan Assessment.  This assessment is normed against other leaders and has been used by HR and senior management to understand the sources of employee behavior.  It will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses in several areas relating to personality inventory and interpersonal behavior.  Once recognized, the workshop will show you, how to compensate for shortcomings and maximize your strengths.

• The “how to’s” of design – traps to avoid, tips to succeed
