About the Seminar:
This fast paced and participative workshop is designed for managers
looking to maximize their leadership effectiveness and deliver
organizational results. The workshop gives participants new and

Prior to attending the workshop, each registrant will be asked to take a
portion of the Hogan Assessment. This assessment is normed against
other leaders and has been used by HR and senior management to understand
the sources of employee behavior. It will help you identify your
strengths and weaknesses in several areas relating to personality
inventory and interpersonal behavior. Once recognized, the workshop
will show you, how to compensate for shortcomings and maximize your
strengths.
