AeANET : Jim Richardson Bio

Mr. Richardson was named Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2006. He has served as a director of FEI Company since July 2003. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of WebTrends Corporation, now a division of NetIQ, from July 1998 to April 2001. From April 1994 to January 1998 he was Senior Vice President, Corporate Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Network General Corporation. He also held chief financial officer and senior administrative positions at Logic Modeling Corporation, which was subsequently acquired by Synopsis, Inc., and at Advanced Logic Research, Inc., which was later acquired by Gateway Systems.

Mr. Richardson is a member of the board of directors of Digimarc Corporation, and Tripwire, Inc. He is also a trustee of Lewis & Clark College and a board member (and Vice President of the board) of the Oregon Historical Society. He holds a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School, an M.B.A. from the University of Portland and a B.A. from Lewis & Clark College.
