Board of Directors Education Series
Good Governance Matters

About the Program II Registration/Location II Contact Information II Sponsors

About the Program

Billed as “Good Governance Matters,” the series will help increase company effectiveness by providing high quality director education through expert panelists, presenters and peer-to-peer director networking.  The AeA believes that good governance makes better companies.  AeA affiliated companies will benefit by having directors equipped with the latest governance information.

Each three hour breakfast event will give seasoned professionals the opportunity to access expert panelists, earn RiskMetrics Group ISS credits and enhance board success.

“Many companies can benefit from this educational opportunity.  It allows them to continue to increase their knowledge to lead and govern more successfully. The AeA believes 'Good Governance Matters.'"
 - Steve Sharp, Chairman, TriQuint Semiconductor
