On December 7th,
2005, AeA presented a Breakfast Roundtable on Driving Employee Performance to Higher Levels.
Held at AeA member company SeaChange
International in Maynard, MA, the event was designed to assist managers and HR professionals
to apply effective employee performance tools as a road map to proactively drive more employees towards “A” levels of performance.
The roundtable was led by Jamie Resker, Principal, Employee Performance Solutions, a consulting company that helps organizations increase overall employee performance. Jamie has 20 years experience as an HR Practitioner in technology, public health and retail organizations, and has helped managers work through thousands of performance related issues. Special thanks to event host SeaChange International and speaker Jamie
Resker.
