On November 3rd,
2005, AeA presented an HR Breakfast Roundtable on Developments in Federal & State Wage and Hour Laws.
Held at AeA member company Stratus
Technologies in Maynard, MA, the event was designed to inform high tech
companies how to comply with the new overtime rules and independent contractor law.
The roundtable featured presentations and
discussion with the speakers: Adam P. Forman, Partner, Littler Mendelson; Richard Daley, Assistant District Director, ESA Wage & Hour Division, U.S. Department of
Labor and Chris Buscaglia, Chief of Fair Labor and Business Practice Division, Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
