On March 16, 2005, AeA New England hosted a Sales Seminar addressing
Sales Effectiveness and Incentive Compensation For High-Tech Sellers
at AeA member company Mercury
Computer Systems,
Inc. in Chelmsford, MA.

Michael Miller, Northeast Region Manager
at The Alexander Group, shared ideas for
creating sales time and improving sales yield by examining the
workload of the sales force. He
also discussed strategies for improving
sales operations through effective sales compensation plans and
how to redesign these for maximum influence on high-tech sellers. |
This AeA sales seminar provided data on key trends showing how high tech companies are adjusting their sales processes and responding to market and company conditions. Included in the audience were Sales VPs, CFOs, and senior
HR and Business Development managers from leading New England high-tech companies.
