Event Summary
On March 16, 2006, AeA New England hosted a Sales Seminar addressing Advanced Sales Metrics: Managing for Results at AeA member company Kronos, Inc. in Chelmsford, MA. Mike Miller, Northeast Region Manager at The Alexander Group, shared a set of targeted analytics proven to improve your organization’s ability to accurately forecast results and develop concrete action plans.

Following, he demonstrated how these metrics can be used to guide sales force organization and territory deployment decisions. 

Included in the audience were Sales VPs, CFOs, and senior HR managers from leading New England high-tech companies.
