Julianne Davis

Julianne Davis currently serves as Assistant General Counsel/Patents for
Nike, Inc. Her responsibilities include the management of Nike’s patent and
trademark litigation, both foreign and domestic, as well as intellectual
property licensing. Prior to joining Nike, Julianne was a partner in the
Intellectual Property firm of Chernoff Vilhauer McClung & Stenzel in
Portland from 1995-2005; and an associate at Stoel Rives and Tonkon Torp.
Julianne also served as General Counsel to the National Endowment for the
Arts when the agency was chaired by John Frohnmayer, and spent two years as
law clerk to the Honorable James A. Redden of the United States District
Court for the District of Oregon. Julianne is a graduate of Northwestern
School of Law at Lewis & Clerk College, and completed a double major in
Biology and Chemistry at the University of Oregon. She remains a rabid and
dedicated Duck fan to this day.
