The AeA Oregon Council is launching a new series of local programs geared towards helping corporate directors navigate the challenges of leadership. Billed as Good Governance Matters, the series will focus on best practices for members of corporate boards.
Each three hour breakfast event will give seasoned professionals the opportunity to access expert panelists,
earn RiskMetrics Group ISS credits and enhance board success. This is the only morning series available for Boards in the Portland, Oregon, metropolitan area and is competitively priced. Hard copies of the presentations and other program collateral will be provided to event attendees.
Many companies can benefit from this educational opportunity. This series
fills a local education gap for Board of Directors' members. It allows them to continue to increase their knowledge to lead and
govern more successfully. The AeA believes 'Good Governance Matters.'"
