Volunteer for the AeA
Technology and IP CommitteeThe AeA
IP and Technology Committee is open to AeA Members who have an interest in how
intellectual property and technology law affects their business.
Committee Responsibilities
As a member of the committee you are responsible for helping plan
one event a year. This includes, further developing the topic, recruiting speakers, etc.
You will also be assisting other committee members with their event details when
needed.
It is important that as a committee member you are
able to attend the majority of committee meetings and committee planned events.
The committee will hold roundtable discussions that provide access
to experts on intellectual property issues and encourage AeA members to
share experiences.
The Ideal Committee Member
The ideal committee member is an individual
who manages and uses their company's intellectual property assets or
services providers who serve the needs of those individuals.
While we are limited to the number of people we can
have on the committee we are always looking for people who are interested in
participating.
Interested?
Please contact Joel Meyer ,
Technology and IP Chair if you are interested in
participating on the committee.
The first step to get involved on a committee is to
attend their events and meet others on the committee. Click here for a list of upcoming AeA Events.
