The AeA Human Resources Committee is open to AeA Members who have an interest in helping to engage HR professionals in the technology industry with activities that enhance the human resource function in the organizations they serve.  

Committee Responsibilities
As a member of the committee you are responsible for planning one networking event a year. This includes, further developing the topic, recruiting speakers, etc.   You will also be assisting other committee members with their event details when needed.

The committee meets monthly. These meetings are used to re-cap past events and plan future events.

It is important that as a committee member you are able to attend the majority of committee meetings and committee planned events.

The Ideal Committee Member
The ideal committee member is a Vice President of Human Resources (or other top level HR professional) at a technology company or a service provider who works closely with Human Resource professionals at technology companies.   It is important to have a broad base of relationships in Oregon's technology community.

While we are limited to the number of people we can have on the committee we are always looking for people who are interested in participating.
