committees meet four to six times per year. In addition to the AeA New England office,
meetings are held at a variety of sites based on the locations of committee members.

| Associate Member Advisory Committee |
|
The Associate Member Advisory Committee maintains an effective exchange between AeA’s associate and corporate members and offers assistance in recruiting new members.

| Government Affairs Committee |
|
The Government Affairs Committee assists the
Council identifying business issues that are key to the well being and growth of member
companies. The committee monitors business issues and makes recommendations to support or
oppose specific legislative or regulatory proposals impacting the high tech industry. The
committee also meets with local legislators and government officials, recommends new
legislation and provides support for executing grassroots strategies to achieve desired
outcomes.

Committee designs and conducts professional, exciting, and informative events and
networking opportunities for professionals employed by AeA member companies, giving them a
competitive advantage in the marketplace.

| Sales and Marketing Committee |
|
AeA New England has launched a
Sales and Marketing Committee to bring together Sales VP's, CEO's,
Presidents, senior sales and marketing executives, and service providers
from around New England.

This Committee meets monthly to discuss:
- Sales issues as they relate to business growth.
- Business opportunities and lead sharing among members.
- Events planning related to sales development.

Section 404 Working Group |
|
The Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 Working Group
discusses recommendations for changes in Section 404 regulations. AeA is
dedicated to assist member companies achieve the best chance for legislative success in the coming year
by showing grassroots interest and input from small to medium size technology companies.
AeA member companies from other councils across the country also will be conducting similar meetings.
