From Downtown Orlando:

Take the 408 Expressway (also known as the East West Expressway) east to the 417 North (also known as the Greeneway.) Follow 417 North to the University Boulevard East bound exit 37A. Turn right on University Boulevard and take University Boulevard to Alafaya Trail.  Turn right on Alafaya Trail.   Follow Alafaya Trail to Research Parkway. Follow Research Parkway to the Stop Sign at Discovery Drive. Turn Left on Discovery Drive. Take a left into the first driveway entrance to Building 12565.  Enter the building at Suite 300 - UCF Technology Incubator.

From the Lake Mary Area:

Take 417 South (also known as the Greeneway) to University Boulevard.  Take University Boulevard East to Alafaya Trail.  Turn right on Alafaya Trail.  Follow Alafaya Trail to Research Parkway. Follow Research Parkway to the Stop Sign at Discovery Drive. Turn Left on Discovery Drive. From the Brevard Area:

Take Highway 50 east to Alafaya Trail (also known as State Road 434). Turn right on Alafaya Trail. Take Alafaya Trail to Research Parkway.  Turn right on Research Parkway.  Follow Research Parkway to the Stop Sign at Discovery Drive.  Turn left on Discovery Drive. Take a left into the first driveway entrance to Building 12565.  Enter the building at Suite 300 - UCF Technology Incubator.
