In addition to being the leading technology industry lobbying organization in Washington D.C., AeA also has a presence across the country through its 17 council offices. Each year, thousands of pieces of legislation are introduced into the Florida Legislature and many will affect your bottom line. AeA actively represents the interests of the high-tech industry, working year-round to build alliances with policy makers and to protect the interests of the high tech industry in Florida.

  • Florida Monitor - A service of the Florida legislature's Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability
  • Florida High Tech Corridor Council - The Florida High Tech Corridor Council was created in 1996 and is led by University of South Florida President Judy Genshaft and University of Central Florida President John Hitt. The Council is comprised of the two universities, 11 local community colleges, a dozen economic development organizations and a host of high tech companies, and has the mission to attract, retain and grow high tech industry to Florida’s High Tech Corridor.
  • The Whitehouse - includes information on The President and Vice President, commonly requested Federal Services, press releases, etc.
  • U.S. Senate -  includes Senators, Committees. Legislative Activities, etc.
AeA Information Network -- Issue Tracking

The AeA State Government Affairs Information Network allows AeA members to easily obtain information regarding state government affairs activities that impact their companies. It covers legislative activity in states where AeA lobbies and allows members to:
