Mr. Sundling
provides nearly 20 years of experience in enterprise software
technology, business development and executive management. Mr.
Sundling founded Pipeline in 1997 and has lead the company to 26
quarters of profitablity, 3 successful acquisitions, and pioneering
of new technologies and markets. Prior to founding Pipeline he has
worked with a variety of leading global companies to provide
guidance on enterprise systems and strategies throughout the United
States, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
Mr. Sundling is published on the subject of Enterprise Applications
Software, CRM and on-demand technologies, including co-authoring
best selling CRM at the speed of light (McGraw Hill 2002).
Mr. Sundling currently serves on the National Board of Directors of
the AeA, the largest technology trade association in the United
States, and as vice-Chairman of the AeA Executive Committee of
Orange County.

McDonald is the Vice Chairman of the AeA Orange County Council of the
AeA and the Chairman of the Orange County Government Affairs
Committee.
Mr. McDonald replaces long-time
Government Affairs Committee Chair Frank Singer. The mission of the
Government Affairs Committee is to effect change on key local, state
and federal public policy issues important to growing and improving
high-tech businesses.
Mr. McDonald is also the Executive Vice
President of Alvaka Networks Inc. Alvaka Networks, Inc. is

Don Hicks is the Executive Director of the
AeA Orange County Council where he helps members strengthen their businesses by using AeA’s
extensive resources.
Don has over 30 years of leadership experience in
Orange County. Prior to his hire at AeA, he led the sales practice at
Quantum Leaders, a management consulting and strategy company, based
in Irvine, Calif., where he worked with his clients to develop
comprehensive business plans and increase sales and revenue. His
years of experience in industries spanning from eLearning to
pharmaceutical have helped him to cultivate and maintain important
relationships with executives at FORTUNE 1000 companies.
Having been a member of the executive committee for
the Orange County Council for many years, Don understands the climate
and is familiar with the opportunities and challenges facing members
today.
